Hiring: Head of Marketing & Sales | Borosilicate Glass Division
We are hiring a Head of Marketing & Sales for a leading glass manufacturing group as they launch a new Borosilicate Glass Tube Division.
This is not a typical role - this is a founding leadership opportunity to build and scale a business from the ground up.
Location: Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh
What youll be driving:
- Build the borosilicate glass business from 0 scale
- Identify high-growth segments across pharma, labware, and industrial applications
- Lead go-to-market strategy (pricing, positioning, distribution)
- Drive key B2B partnerships with pharma companies & exporters
- Work closely with technical teams on product specifications & development
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team
- Own revenue & P&L for the division
Who were looking for:
- 1218+ years of experience in glass / borosilicate / pharma packaging industry
- Strong network with pharma, labware, or industrial buyers
- Experience in building or scaling a business/unit
- Blend of strategic thinking + hands-on execution
