Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head of Rewards and HR Operations and Automation to oversee the development and implementation of HR operations and automation strategies, programs, and initiatives that drive employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention while ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and executing HR programs and automation solutions that optimize employee productivity, improve retention, and increase overall employee satisfaction. As the Head of Rewards and HR Operations and Automation, you will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals and working with cross-functional teams to create and implement HR policies and programs that support business objectives. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the company's overall strategic goals and objectives - Manage HR operations and automation, including HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance reporting - Develop and manage the HR budget and ensure that all HR programs and initiatives are cost-effective - Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency - Develop and implement employee rewards and recognition programs that promote employee engagement and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that HR programs and initiatives are integrated and aligned with business objectives - Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations - Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, consultants, and industry associations to stay current with best practices and emerging trends - Manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback - Ensure that the HR team provides exceptional service to employees, managers, and stakeholders Qualifications: - Master's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field - 12-15 years of progressive experience in HR operations, rewards, and automation, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and regulations - Demonstrated ability to design and implement HR policies and programs that align with business objectives - Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of HR professionals - Experience with HRIS systems, payroll systems, and other HR-related technology platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
