- They are now looking for a Head of People & Culture a strategic yet hands-on HR leader who can work directly with the founders and leadership team to build a scalable, high-performance organization. This role blends strategy and execution. Youll be responsible for building the systems, structure, and culture that power scale while ensuring the organization remains fast, entrepreneurial, and values-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partner to Founders: Align the people agenda with business goals and act as a trusted advisor, sounding board, and challenger to the leadership team.
- Culture at Scale: Translate core values into everyday actions through systems, rituals, and recognition programs.
- Leadership & Capability Building: Develop the next layer of leaders through coaching, competency frameworks, and succession planning.
- Build Scalable People Systems: Strengthen recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and feedback loops to make them simple, consistent, and scalable.
- Data-Led HR: Use people analytics to drive decisions around hiring, engagement, and retention.
Who You Are:
- 1520 years of HR leadership experience in fast-growing consumer, internet, or new-age businesses.
- Strong exposure to scaling organizations and building foundational HR systems.
- High-energy, execution-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic, founder-led environments.
- Balanced in judgment empathetic yet firm, strategic yet deeply hands-on.
- A builder who enjoys designing people processes that create lasting impact.
