
Role: Operations Excellence Leader
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: VP - Operations
Overview:
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the Operations Excellence function across the organization. The leader will design and implement enterprise-level processes, strategies, and performance improvements to ensure operational efficiency, customer focus, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Operations Excellence function covering transition management, performance metrics, program management, and knowledge management.
- Manage end-to-end execution of large-scale implementation projects - from scoping, planning, and gap analysis to execution and delivery.
- Build and implement migration frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive best-in-class certifications and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable value realization.
- Establish strong project governance frameworks and share best practices across teams.
- Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders to enable process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Lead multiple Black Belt projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 15+ years in the IT Infrastructure Services domain with proven leadership experience.
- Exposure to working with Fortune 500 clients globally.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Master Black Belt certified) and ITIL Advanced certification.
- Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills.
- Proven ability in team management, people development, and stakeholder management.
- Engineering graduate; MBA/PG from a top B-school is an advantage
