We are driving a leadership role :

Role : Head Legal (Internally Graded as GM)

Experience : 20 Years +

Qualification : LLB / LLM

Ideal Age : Between 46 to 50

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Counsel: Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance to the executive leadership team on a wide range of legal issues.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and mitigate legal risks.

- Contract Management: Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of all contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

- Litigation and Disputes: Manage and oversee all litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes, and coordinate with external counsel as needed.

- Leadership: Lead and manage the legal department, mentor junior staff, and conduct internal legal training.

- Legal Research: Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and ensure the organization remains compliant.

- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to ensure legal compliance in their respective areas.
