Role: Head - Human Resources (Corporate) / CHRO Level
Location: Mumbai (Churchgate)
Reporting To: Group CEO
Team Structure: Corporate HR + BU HR
Work Week: 5 days
1. Role Purpose:
- Lead and execute the Group HR Strategy across all business verticals
- Drive organisational effectiveness, culture enhancement, and people excellence
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to the leadership and promoter group
2. Key Responsibilities:
A. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement Group HR strategy
- Lead culture-building and transformation initiatives
- Partner with business heads for manpower planning
B. Talent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring:
- Drive midsenior and CXO-level hiring
- Build strong leadership pipelines
- Strengthen employer branding
C. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Lead HR operations across group entities
- Ensure compliance with labour laws & corporate governance
- Standardise HR policies and HR handbook
D. Performance Management:
- Implement KRAs, KPIs, and PMS frameworks
- Foster merit-based, high-performance culture
- Lead annual appraisal cycles
E. Learning & Development:
- Build capability-enhancement and leadership development programmes
- Manage TNI, training design and ROI assessment
F. Compensation & Benefits:
- Lead CTC benchmarking & compensation strategy
- Strengthen R&R framework
- Collaborate with finance on payroll governance
G. Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Build a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Lead engagement initiatives and grievance handling
H. HR Technology & Digital HR:
- Implement HRMS, dashboards & automated workflows
- Enable analytics-driven HR decision-making
I. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with promoters & senior leadership
- Represent HR in management committees
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
3. Candidate Requirements:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- 1522 years of overall HR experience
- Minimum 5+ years in a Head HR / Corporate HR leadership role
- Experience in diversified groups / NBFC / financial services / trading preferred
- Must have handled multi-business, multi-location HR operations
