Description: A leading Logistics firm is looking for candidates with experience in HR operations, HR systems, Payroll (Globally)

Role: The Head of HR Operations is responsible for leading global HR Operations with a strong focus on HR technology, systems, and process digitization to build scalable, efficient, and compliant people processes. The role drives technology-led transformation and continuous improvement across the organization

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Service Delivery:


- Lead end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, exits, and employee records

- Ensure smooth HR service delivery with defined SLAs and process governance

- Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of HR processes

Policy, Compliance & Governance:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, audits, and regulatory frameworks

- Manage disciplinary processes, investigations, and grievance redressal mechanisms

HR Systems & Data:

- Own and optimize HRMS, payroll systems, attendance, and performance tools

- Ensure data accuracy, reporting, dashboards, and HR analytics for leadership

- Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives in HR operations

Employee Experience & Engagement:

- Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience across the lifecycle

- Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to support engagement initiatives

- Address employee concerns proactively and strengthen trust in HR operations

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop HR operations teams

- Partner closely with CHRO, HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders

- Act as a trusted advisor on HR operational matters

Vendor & Cost Management:

- Manage vendors for payroll, benefits, insurance, background checks, and HR services

- Drive cost optimization while maintaining service quality

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong expertise in HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance, and Labor Laws

- Experience with HRMS platforms, automation, and analytics

- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

- Process excellence mindset with strong attention to detail

- Leadership capability to manage and scale HR operations teams

- Strong communication, empathy, and employee-centric approach
