Please find below the job specifications :-   Position: Commercial Lawyer  Location: Noida   Experience Required: Min 10 years   Profile:   - Experience in handling IT/ITES contracts for IT outsourcing deals, Joint Ventures, Partnerships, Global Alliances etc.   - Ability to conduct negotiations with largely overseas clientele (in person / telephonic) and the willingness to travel to client locations on a need basis.  - Capability to identify contractual, commercial and operational risks and exposures in the contracts.  - Ability to provide inputs/mark-up on contracts to negate contractual, commercial and operational risks and exposures.  - Experience in working with internal and external clients to structure, prepare, negotiate and finalize agreements, letters of intent, commercial proposals, etc.  - Ability to provide legal support for ongoing contract management related activities.  - Capability to work in close co-ordination with external legal counsel.  - Ability to participate in discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsels and advisors during the entire contracting process.  Experience:   - Exposure in IT industry is preferred.   Provide these details :   Total Experience  Relevant Experience  Current CTC (Fixed + Variable)  Expected CTC  Notice Period   Mandeep
