Key Account Manager:.

Job Purpose:
To drive sales growth, profitability, and brand visibility on Myntra and Flipkart by managing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and relationship management with category teams and platform stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Account Management & Strategy.
- Own the business performance for Myntra and Flipkart - revenue, margin, and market share.
- Develop and implement platform-specific growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze sales trends, competition, and consumer behavior to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotion.
- Create business plans with category teams to drive visibility and sales.
Listing, Cataloging & Merchandising.
- Ensure timely and accurate listing of products with high-quality content and images.
- Manage inventory, pricing updates, and in-stock rates through coordination with internal teams.
- Work with design and content teams to improve PDPs, A+ content, and brand pages.
Marketing & Promotions.
- Plan and execute campaigns during sale events (Big Billion Days, EORS, etc. ) in coordination with platform teams.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams for co-branded campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and visibility drives.
Operations & Supply Chain.
- Coordinate with internal supply chain and warehouse teams for timely dispatches and stock replenishment.
- Monitor SLA adherence - returns, cancellations, delivery time, and fill rate.
- Address operational issues with category managers and platform partners.
Reporting & Analytics.
- Track daily/weekly sales, marketing spends, and ROI metrics.
- Present performance dashboards and insights to management.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate success and identify improvement areas.
Relationship Management.
- Build strong relationships with platform category managers, business development, and marketing teams.
- Negotiate better visibility slots, deals, and platform collaborations.
Candidate Profile:.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in e-commerce account management or online category management.
- Prior experience handling Myntra and/or Flipkart accounts is mandatory.
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or FMCG preferred.
