What You'll Do : - Act as the Compliance Manager for the Grip Group - Oversee the Secretarial compliances of the entities under the Group including conducting the Board and General Meetings - Develop and implement an effective Compliance program - Evaluate new circulars/ notices/ regulations issued by the regulatory bodies and ensure compliance around the same - Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports and communicate decisions to relevant company stakeholders - Liaise with the Investors, Board Members, Trustees, Fund managers and other relevant stakeholders - Lead the Fund raise activities from Compliance standpoint - We are looking for an experienced Company Secretarial professional with 8+ years of experience in the relevant field. Candidates with work experience in the Financial Services/ Fintech sector will be preferred.
