Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO clients.

- Understand client business goals, objectives, and target audience to align SEO strategies.

- Coordinate with internal SEO, content, and technical teams to ensure timely project execution.

- Create, present, and explain SEO performance reports (traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.

- Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving attitude.

- Monitor SEO campaign progress and proactively suggest optimization strategies.

- Ensure timely delivery of SEO audits, keyword research, on-page & off-page strategies.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

- Stay updated with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in SEO client servicing / digital marketing account management.

- Strong understanding of SEO strategies, tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
