Global HR Analyst - People Analytics Team

We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to join the Global HR / People Analytics team supporting workforce reporting and insights for senior stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong analytical capability, data accuracy, and maturity in handling sensitive HR data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver monthly and ad-hoc HR / workforce reports within tight timelines

- Perform headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity and run-rate analytics

- Build and maintain dashboards and visual analytics for HR and business stakeholders

- Ensure data accuracy, validation, documentation and audit readiness

- Drive process improvement and automation in reporting workflows

- Partner with global HR and business stakeholders across regions

- Handle confidential employee data with discretion and compliance

Mandatory Skills:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in HR Analytics / Workforce Reporting / People Analytics

- Advanced MS Excel - pivots, complex formulas, macros

- Dashboarding & Data Visualization - Tableau or Power BI

- Strong experience with headcount, attrition, hiring and run-rate reporting

- Zero-error mindset with strong attention to detail

- PowerPoint - clear data storytelling for senior audiences

- Proven ability to manage monthly + ad-hoc reporting under pressure

- Comfort working with global stakeholders

- High level of data confidentiality and professional maturity

Good to Have:

- Exposure to automation, process re-engineering or reporting optimization

- Experience with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors)

- Familiarity with SQL / Alteryx / Python (preferred, not mandatory)

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline; analytics / HR / management preferred)
