Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Talent Strategy & Leadership Development

- Design and implement integrated talent strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Drive enterprise-level succession planning and HiPo talent development programs.

- Partner with leadership to build leadership capabilities across levels.

2. Performance & Capability Management

- Lead performance management cycles including KPIs, OKRs, and feedback frameworks.

- Conduct skill gap analysis and oversee structured capability development plans.

- Champion a performance-oriented organizational culture.

3. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

- Lead hiring for strategic and operational roles, aligning with workforce planning.

- Build internal mobility programs and improve diversity hiring.

- Drive employer branding through EVP, digital platforms, and partnerships.

4. Learning & Development

- Establish leadership academies and functional learning programs.

- Implement blended learning strategies and coaching frameworks.

- Cultivate a learning-driven culture.

5. Employee Engagement & Retention

- Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives and feedback surveys.

- Utilize data to propose actionable culture-enhancing measures.

- Formulate retention strategies for key and critical talent pools.

6. HR Governance & Analytics

- Maintain HR dashboards and present data-driven insights to leadership.

- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and audit frameworks.

- Measure effectiveness and ROI of talent initiatives.

7. HR Team Leadership

- Mentor HRBP and L&D teams to deliver aligned HR outcomes.

- Foster a collaborative, agile, and service-oriented HR culture.
