Role: General Manager - IT Infrastructure / Managed Services Role Overview: We are seeking an accomplished and strategic General Manager to lead our Managed IT Services business. Key Responsibilities: - Client Assessment & Qualification: Identify and qualify Managed Services requirements for clients across IT/ITES, BFSI, Startups, and MSMEs. - Solution Delivery: Engage with clients needing third-party management of their IT infrastructure including servers, networks, data storage, and MDM systems-and ensure delivery of end-to-end service. - Service Expertise: Understand and offer tailored services in: Network management, Cybersecurity, Data backup and recovery, Cloud computing and hosting. - Revenue Ownership: Own and deliver Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Revenue targets, with a healthy mix of new customer acquisitions and growth from existing accounts. - Business Development: Drive business growth by building a strong sales funnel through lead generation, qualification, client pitching, and closing deals. - Client Relationship Management: Manage key accounts and nurture long-term relationships to cross-sell and upsell value-added services. - Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 members, fostering a high-performance and target-driven culture. - OEM Partnerships: Leverage strong existing relationships with OEMs such as Dell, Lenovo, Acer, HP, and Cisco to deliver comprehensive client solutions. - Public Sector Engagement: Possess working knowledge of government procurement processes and tendering systems. Additional Requirements: - Qualification: B.E/ B Tech/M.E/M Tech - OEM certifications preferred - Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and team-building skills - Location: Bangalore, handling PAN India Operations
