Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished HR leader to drive Corporate and Operational Human Resources functions across the organization. The role will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, talent development, workforce productivity, and employee engagement.

The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders to strengthen HR processes, build leadership pipelines, drive cultural transformation, and ensure compliance with statutory and labor regulations across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business and functional leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.

- Provide strategic HR support to drive business performance, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters.

- Design and implement talent management frameworks to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.

- Drive succession planning initiatives for critical and leadership roles.

- Support leadership development and talent review processes across the organization.

- Lead organizational development initiatives focused on culture, capability building, performance improvement, and change management.

- Drive workforce transformation and organizational restructuring initiatives as required.

- Develop policies and programs that enhance organizational effectiveness.

- Establish learning and development strategies aligned with business priorities.

- Identify capability gaps and implement leadership development, functional training, and employee development programs.

- Monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.

- Foster a positive employee relations environment across corporate and plant locations.

- Manage employee grievances and support conflict resolution mechanisms.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

- Support industrial relations initiatives and maintain harmonious employee-management relations.

- Liaise with government authorities, labor departments, and external stakeholders as required.

- Oversee HR policies, processes, systems, and governance frameworks.

- Drive HR process excellence, digitization, and operational efficiency.

- Monitor key HR metrics and provide strategic insights to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15-20 years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to manufacturing organizations.

- Strong experience across HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Organization Development, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations.

- Proven experience supporting large and geographically dispersed workforces.

- Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations.

- Demonstrated leadership experience managing HR teams and driving enterprise-wide HR initiatives.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA (HR), MSW (HR), or equivalent postgraduate qualification.

- Experience within Building Materials, Cement, Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), Construction Materials, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors.

- Prior exposure to RMC business operations is highly desirable.
