Role Overview
- The Recruitment Manager is a critical leadership role requiring 8 to 12 years of total experience, with a minimum of 1 year+ of relevant experience as an Assistant Manager (AM) on paper or equivalent supervisory experience.
- Based in Airoli (6 days' Work from Office), this role is essential for driving high-volume, frontline, and agent-based hiring, often supporting an international process with shifts ranging from 1 PM 10 PM (General & UK shifts).
- The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team, managing vendor relationships, and achieving aggressive hiring targets while maintaining a high on-time fill rate.
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager with a strong background in managing and executing Frontline, Bulk, and Volume Hiring.
- The ideal candidate must have 8-12 years of experience, including at least one year of proven team leadership (managing a team of 5-8 recruiters).
- Key responsibilities include strategic staffing planning, intensive vendor management, and ensuring a minimum 95% on-time fill rate for high-demand, agent-based roles in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities and Recruitment Management Deliverables
- Team Leadership & Management: Handled a team of at least 5-8 Recruiters / Sr. Recruiters, providing daily direction, performance management, coaching, and mentorship to ensure collective target achievement.
- Volume Hiring Execution: Strategize and execute end-to-end recruitment for Bulk, volume, and Frontline Hiring, and agent-based hiring. Ensure efficient funnel management from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Strategic Staff Planning: Responsible for Staff Planning and Strategizing to meet fluctuating demands and forecast hiring needs based on business projections and growth.
- Vendor and Channel Management: Possess mandatory Vendor Management Experience to onboard, monitor, and drive performance from external staffing agencies. Also manage the Employee Referral and Sourcing Team effectiveness.
- Target Achievement: Ensure a high level of delivery commitment, aiming for a minimum Ontime fill rate of 95% consistently across all mandates.
- Process Adherence: Drive adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the recruitment lifecycle, focusing on compliance and candidate experience.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present detailed recruitment dashboards and analytical reports to senior management regarding fill rates, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and team performance.
- Shift and Location Commitment: Must be comfortable with WFO (Work From Office) for 6 days and comfortable working the assigned shift timings (General & UK shifts).
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Total Experience 8 to 12 years with 1 year+ relevant experience as an AM on paper or in a leadership role.
- Hiring Focus: Experience handling Frontline / Bulk hiring / Volume Hiring only is mandatory.
- Team Management: Must have Handled a team of at least 5-8 Recruiters / Sr. Recruiters.
- Key Processes: Expertise in Vendor Management, Employee Referral, and Sourcing Team management.
- Target Management: Proven track record in achieving and sustaining high fill rates (target: 95%).
- Work Arrangement: Must be comfortable with WFO and General & UK shifts.
- Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
Preferred Skills
- Direct experience hiring for BPO or Call Center environments.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly for managing vendor contracts and compensation discussions.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for process efficiency and reporting
