Position: Manager - Talent Acquisition (Frontline / Bulk / Volume Hiring)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive end-to-end talent acquisition for frontline, bulk, and volume hiring requirements, primarily within the International BPO environment.

- Manage and mentor a team comprising Assistant Managers, Senior Recruiters, and Recruiters, ensuring effective execution of recruitment strategies.

- Oversee agent-based hiring and large-scale recruitment initiatives to support business growth and workforce requirements.

- Develop and implement strategic staffing plans in alignment with business objectives and hiring forecasts.

- Manage and strengthen relationships with external recruitment vendors and partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of quality candidates.

- Drive sourcing through multiple channels including vendor networks, job portals, employee referrals, and internal sourcing teams.

- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and on-time closures, ensuring achievement of a minimum 95% fill rate.

- Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.

- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, compliance standards, and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

- Provide regular reports and insights on hiring progress, recruitment performance, and market trends to senior leadership.

Candidate Requirements:

- Industry Background: Must have experience in International BPO / Frontline Hiring.

- Total Experience: 6 to 8 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

- Relevant Experience: Minimum 1+ year as a Manager (on paper).

- Experience managing a team of 2-3 Assistant Managers / Senior Recruiters.

- Strong expertise in bulk, volume, and frontline hiring.

- Vendor management experience is mandatory.

- Must be comfortable with Work From Office (WFO).

- Must be open to General and UK shifts.
