Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline, bulk, and volume hiring requirements across business units, ensuring timely closure of positions.

- Supervise and guide a team of 5-8 Recruiters / Senior Recruiters, providing direction on sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies for large-scale recruitment including agent-based and high-volume hiring models.

- Drive workforce planning and staffing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business hiring targets.

- Manage and strengthen relationships with external recruitment vendors and partners, ensuring quality candidate pipelines and timely delivery.

- Oversee multiple sourcing channels including vendor networks, job portals, employee referrals, and internal sourcing teams to build a strong candidate pipeline.

- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and fill rate, ensuring a target 95% on-time position closure.

- Ensure efficient coordination with hiring managers and internal stakeholders for requirement understanding, candidate feedback, and hiring decisions.

- Maintain high standards of recruitment processes, compliance, and candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

- Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress, pipeline status, and recruitment performance metrics to leadership.

Candidate Requirements:

- Total Experience: 5-6 years in recruitment.

- Relevant Experience: Minimum 1+ year as an Assistant Manager (on paper).

- Strong experience in bulk, volume, and frontline hiring.

- Proven experience in team handling and recruitment operations.

- Vendor management experience is mandatory.

- Must be comfortable with Work From Office (WFO).

- Must be open to General and UK shifts.
