Assistant Manager - Enterprise Sales (IIMs/ISB/FMS/IIFT/NMIMS) (2-6 yrs) Role Overview: The Assistant Enterprise Sales Manager role is designed for MBA graduates with 1-3 years of relevant work experience prior to MBA, who are keen to build a long-term career in Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales. In this role, you will own enterprise customer conversations, manage opportunities, and drive revenue by engaging directly with mid to large enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for managing assigned accounts and opportunities end-to-end, with exposure to CXO-level stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue growth by managing and closing enterprise sales opportunities - Engage directly with decision-makers and senior stakeholders across enterprise accounts - Understand customer business challenges and position FleetX solutions accordingly - Manage the complete sales cycle - discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities - Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer outcomes - Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of revenue and opportunity status - Ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term relationship building Experience & Eligibility: - MBA graduates (2023 / 2024 pass-outs or equivalent) - 2-6 years of full-time work experience. - Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Management, or Consulting roles - Exposure to B2B environments is strongly preferred - Candidates with experience in SaaS, Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Enterprise Solutions will have an advantage Skills & Attributes We Look For: - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Ability to engage confidently with CXOs and senior stakeholders - Business acumen and consultative selling mindset - High ownership, accountability, and result orientation - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
