Finance Head - NBFC

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the housing finance company's objectives and growth.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of accurate financial reports, providing insights and analysis to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

Risk Management & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies, including managing financial risks and establishing robust internal controls.

Cash Flow & Capital Management:

- Manage the company's cash flow, investments, and capital structure to optimize liquidity and support funding strategies.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performing culture and encouraging professional development.

Stakeholder Relations:

- Serve as the primary financial contact for stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.

Operational Efficiency:

- Drive initiatives to improve financial processes, optimize operational efficiencies, and implement technology to support the finance function.
