Description:

- End-to-End Recruitment:. Manage the complete recruitment cycle from understanding manpower needs, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to final selection.

- Leverage job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri etc.), Headhunting, employee referrals, to identify high-quality candidates.

- Recruit professionals with real estate experience in sales, marketing, operations, legal, project, and customer service.

- Evaluate candidate profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, assess cultural fit, and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation.

- Support initiatives to enhance the company's presence as an employer of choice within the real estate industry.

- Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, update the applicant database, and generate regular hiring reports for management review.

- Coordinate with educational institutions and attend real estate job fairs to attract young talent.

- Liaise with external recruitment partners and evaluate their performance regularly.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

- 2-4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the B2B industry.

- Familiarity with real estate job roles, functions, and recruitment challenges is highly preferred.
