Job Title: Marketing & Admissions Manager School.
Location: Alandi, Pune.
Experience: Minimum 35 years in school/education marketing and high-volume admissions (5,000+ admissions per year).
The Marketing & Admissions Manager will be responsible for driving student enrolments across multiple school locations, leading 360 marketing and business development activities, and ensuring yearon-year admissions growth of at least 20%.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an annual marketing and admissions strategy to achieve enrolment targets of 5,000+ students per year with a minimum 20% YoY growth.
- Plan and manage integrated campaigns across all admission sources: digital marketing, branding, call center, residential society activations, community/societal events, school connect programs, and referral drives.
- Drive marketing / BD activities for multiple branches or locations, ensuring consistent brand positioning and localized outreach plans.
- Monitor and optimize lead funnel from enquiry to admission, track daily/weekly admissions data, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (academic heads, branch principals, operations, call center, counsellors) to ensure smooth enquiry handling, counselling, campus visits, and closures.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives in coordination with internal/external agencies: performance campaigns, social media, SEO, content, and online reputation management.
- Plan and execute on-ground outreach: residential engagement, society events, mall activations, school fairs, open-house events, and tieups with feeder schools and local partners.
- Build and manage a highperforming admissions and telecounselling team; set KPIs and review performance regularly.
- Prepare periodic MIS and dashboards on enquiries, conversions, source-wise performance, and campaign ROI for management review.
- Manage the marketing and admissions budget for assigned locations and ensure cost-effective lead and admission acquisition.
Required skills and competencies:
- Strong understanding of all major admission sources.
- Digital performance marketing (Google, Meta, lead-gen platforms).
- Branding and ATL/BTL campaigns.
- Call center / telecounselling operations.
- Residential society and community engagement activities.
- Events, school fairs, and referral programs.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in funnel management, conversion optimization, and YoY growth planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to work with parents, students, school leadership, and external partners.
- Proven ability to handle multi-location operations and manage field/inside sales teams.
- Strong planning, time management, and problemsolving abilities in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
Qualification and experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing 5,000+ admissions per year for test prep / higher education, with demonstrated 20% or higher YoY growth in enrolments.
- Prior experience in the school/education sector, marketing, and admissions will be strongly preferred.
