Role Overview:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head with 10+ years of proven experience in Sales and strong exposure to the co-living/real estate/hospitality industry.

- The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading sales operations, developing business strategies, and ensuring maximum occupancy across our properties in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Identify business growth opportunities within the co-living sector.

- Forecast sales performance and track progress against set targets.

Sales & Business Development:

- Achieve and exceed revenue and occupancy targets.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, channel partners, and brokers.

- Develop and execute B2B and B2C sales strategies for customer acquisition.

- Expand the customer base through innovative lead generation activities.

Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver peak performance.

- Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

- Set clear KPIs and monitor performance.

Market Analysis & Expansion:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.

- Provide insights and recommendations for pricing, promotions, and expansion.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful campaigns.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.

- Strengthen corporate tie-ups and partnerships for long-term occupancy.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by working closely with the operations team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 10+ years of sales experience with at least 3-5 years in the co-living / real estate / hospitality industry.

- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Experience in corporate tie-ups, B2C sales, and broker/channel partner management.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven sales reporting
