
Position: Enterprise SAP Sales Account Manager
Total Experience: 8-15 years
Location: Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai
Working Days: 5 Days Working from office
Notice Period Requirement: 60 Days (Maximum)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Aggressively prospect, build, and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting net-new Enterprise Accounts and drive the entire sales cycle from lead to closure.
- Develop and execute a Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for your assigned region/segment and sell the value of our SaaS/Cloud platform to Procurement, Finance, Sales, Distribution, and IT leadership.
- Consistently engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with C-Level executives (CFO, CPO, CIO, COO, CDO) and articulate a compelling business case and return on investment.
- Master the Platform's unique positioning and translate complex product capabilities into simple, impactful value propositions that address specific client pain points in the supply chain (upstream/downstream) and operational workflows.
- Structure, negotiate, and close large, complex deals with a proven ability to grow opportunities into million-dollar contracts.
- Qualify inbound leads and work strategically with Sales Development Representatives to fuel the top of the funnel through targeted outbound campaigns.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have 8+ years of direct B2B enterprise software sales experience, of which the most recent 5+ years must be in SAP sales.
- Must have a hunter mindset focused on net-new logo acquisition, owning the entire sales cycle end-to-end including prospecting, pipeline building, consultation, negotiation, and closure.
- Must have a documented history of exceeding annual quotas as a consistent top performer, with proven ability to close large, complex, high-value deals where individual annual targets and actual achievement against them are clearly mentioned in the resume; team or regional numbers will not be accepted.
- Must have experience selling to enterprise accounts in the domestic (India) market.
- Must have experience engaging CXO / senior executive-level decision makers (CFO, CPO, CIO, COO, CDO) to build the business case and drive closure.
- Must show stable tenure of 2+ years per organization with no significant gaps in the most recent 3+ years and consistent performance throughout.
- Must have elite verbal & written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, fluent in English.
- Must be open to pan-India travel, tentatively 3 days a week with no upper limit; role is fully work-from-office, 5 days a week.
