Role Overview

- We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive B2B SaaS sales for enterprise and manufacturing clients. The role involves owning the complete sales lifecycle for ERP, SAP, and finance automation solutions, working closely with senior stakeholders and managing long cycle, high-value deals.

- This position is ideal for candidates with strong exposure to enterprise SaaS selling, complex solution sales, and consultative engagement models.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

- Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and manufacturing clients

- Sell B2B SaaS solutions including ERP, SAP, FinTech, and finance automation platforms

- Engage with CXOs, finance heads, procurement leaders, and senior decision-makers

- Manage long sales cycles and large ticket-size enterprise deals

- Lead solution presentations, demos, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures

- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and consulting teams for solution alignment

- Track market trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape

Mandatory Requirements


- Minimum 2+ years of experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions

- Minimum 2+ years of experience selling to enterprise clients OR manufacturing industry OR FinTech / SAP / Finance ERP solutions

- Strong experience in managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles

- Proven ability to handle large accounts and multiple concurrent sales cycles

- Stable career track record with no frequent job changes

- Willingness to attend a face-to-face final interview

Preferred Profile

- Prior experience working with manufacturing industry clients

- Exposure to selling ERP, SAP, invoice processing, vendor management, source-to-pay, or compliance solutions

- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills

Education

- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field

- MBA preferred
