Senior Manager - ERP Sales

Role Overview:
The Senior Manager ERP Sales will be responsible for driving enterprise ERP sales, managing strategic accounts, and expanding business across assigned geographies or verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive ERP sales revenue targets for enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Manage key client relationships and long sales cycles
- Conduct solution discussions around ERP modules (Finance, HR, SCM, CRM, etc.)
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Implementation teams for deal closures
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and forecasts
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6- 8 years of ERP sales experience (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft / NetSuite / SaaS ERP)
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience selling to CXOs, CFOs, and IT Heads
