Responsibilities:  - Ensure that all branches in the district are meeting the net disbursal and EOP targets  - Design sales strategy to achieve profitability.  - Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing Branches to achieve them.  - Driving sales for major Retail Assets Products i.e Loan against Property, Loan against Gold. PL and BL.  - Heading the overall branches and managing functions involving determining organizational objectives, policies & procedures to facilitate internal control.  - Timely resolution to all PDD approval cases with a file dispatch TAT of T+3 days in LAP and T+1 day in LAG.  - Timely processing of all vendor payments.  - Team productivity at optimum level  - Training the staff on new products .  Looking for Candidates from Tier 1 B- School.
