
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive business transformation initiatives, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) adoption, and Continuous Improvement programs . This role will be pivotal in shaping the future operating model, enhancing efficiency, and delivering measurable business outcomes through innovation and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the transformation roadmap aligned with global business objectives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational optimization and digital enablement.
Transformation & Change Management:
- Lead large-scale transformation programs across functions, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
- Drive cultural change towards innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA):
- Oversee RPA strategy and implementation to automate repetitive processes and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with technology teams to identify automation opportunities and ensure governance.
Continuous Improvement (CI):
- Establish a robust CI framework leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring sustainable improvements in cost, quality, and speed.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to global and regional leadership teams.
- Communicate progress, risks, and benefits of transformation initiatives effectively.
Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards during transformation projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in Transformation, Process Excellence, and Automation within GCCs or shared services.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
