Director - Finance - IT/BPO

- Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals. Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and projections. Lead long-term financial planning, including capital allocation and investment strategies.

- Budgeting and forecasting: oversee the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Analyze variances and trends to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget alignment with organizational priorities

- Operational Finance: Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. Optimize financial processes and systems to increase efficiency. Monitor cash flow and working capital to maintain liquidity

- Lead M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration.

- Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising, partnerships, and expansions.

- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance productivity and professional growth. Drive initiatives to improve financial literacy across the organization.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Present financial performance updates to the executive team, board of directors, and stakeholders.
