Role: Senior Sales Leader.
Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Noida.
Role Overview.
The Senior Leader Sales will lead Digitides AI-first global growth strategy, driving revenue, profitability, and market expansion across large enterprise accounts.
This role owns new logo acquisition (GCC Clients), account expansion, and large digital deal closures, while building and leading high-performing teams aligned to Digitides digital, AI, and engineering services portfolio.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Growth & P&L Ownership:
- Own end-to-end P&L across enterprise and global accounts spanning India, North America, and APAC.
- Drive TCV & ACV growth, margin expansion, and predictable annuity revenue through multi-year managed services and digital transformation programs.
- Develop and execute annual and long-range business plans, revenue forecasts, margin targets, and cost optimization initiatives.
Enterprise Sales & Account Leadership:
- Lead new logo acquisition (hunting) & Farming across Fortune 500 / Global enterprises.
- Position Digitide as a strategic AI-first digital transformation partner for complex, large-scale enterprises.
- Scale regional engagements into global, multi-geo enterprise relationships.
AI-First & Digital Solutions Selling:
- Drive solution-led selling across AI/ML, GenAI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, DevOps, RPA, Digital Engineering, ADMS, ERP, and platform-led services.
- Collaborate closely with AI, Engineering, Delivery, and Product teams to build differentiated, outcome-driven offerings.
- Communicate business value, ROI, and transformation outcomes to CXOs and senior stakeholders.
Large Deals & Strategic Engagements:
- Own and close large, complex, multi-million, multi-year deals across Managed Services, Fixed Price, and T&M engagement models.
- Lead commercial structuring, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations in partnership with finance and legal teams.
- Oversee RFP strategy, proposal development, bid governance, and executive-level client presentations.
GTM, Partnerships & Market Expansion:
- Define and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for Digitides AI-led and digital engineering offerings.
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and technology platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.
- Identify and pursue new markets, industries, and growth opportunities aligned with Digitides AI-first vision.
Leadership & Organization Building:
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performance teams across Sales.
- Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, customer-centricity, and leadership development.
- Align regional and global teams to shared growth objectives and execution rigor.
Customer Trust & Thought Leadership:
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with CXOs and senior enterprise leaders.
- Represent Digitide at industry forums, client events, and conferences as a thought leader in AI-driven digital transformation.
- Ensure sustained customer satisfaction through delivery excellence, transparency, and measurable value realization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree; MBA or technical equivalent preferred.
- 18+ years of enterprise B2B IT sales.
- Proven success in leading large deal cycles involving digital transformation (AI, automation, cloud, analytics).
- GCC Sales Experience is must.
