Position Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Head will lead all strategic and operational aspects of sales, branding, and customer engagement for a premium senior living project. The role demands a blend of high-end real estate sales expertise, brand storytelling, and empathy-driven marketing tailored to affluent senior citizens and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve pre-launch and post-launch revenue targets.
- Build and manage a high-performance sales team specializing in lifestyle-driven, high value residential sales.
- Create customer-centric sales processes emphasizing trust, care, and lifestyle enhancement.
- Maintain CRM systems for lead tracking, customer engagement, and conversion analysis.
- Conduct competitor analysis and pricing strategy aligned with luxury market trends.
2. Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Develop the project's brand identity and communication strategy focusing on dignity, independence, and premium living for seniors.
- Design integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, PR, influencer, and experiential).
- Partner with creative agencies to produce storytelling-based campaigns emphasizing lifestyle, community, and wellness.
- Manage events, roadshows, and tie-ups with hospitals, senior citizen associations, and NRIs.
- Oversee all digital platforms, including website, social media, and performance marketing.
3. Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Create customer experience programs to build trust and advocacy among residents and their families.
- Conduct presentations, virtual tours, and lifestyle showcases for prospective buyers.
- Establish a relationship management system for post-sales engagement and referrals.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with design, operations, and facility management teams to ensure alignment between product features and market expectations.
- Work closely with finance for revenue forecasting and cost management.
- Liaise with external consultants, real estate brokers, and corporate partners.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in Marketing / Real Estate / Business Management.
- 10-20 years of experience in premium real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle sector.
- Proven success in luxury brand marketing and high-value residential sales.
- Deep understanding of senior living, wellness, and lifestyle branding preferred.
