We are on a mission to scale Denzour into a multi-X growth brand and are looking for a data-driven Growth Manager to lead our digital growth engine
Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Growth Manager who can drive business growth through performance marketing, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and overall digital marketing & social media strategy.
- The ideal candidate is someone who has scaled brands profitably, understands D2C/e-commerce funnels, and can own performance numbers end-to-end
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing & Paid Media. Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) campaigns for sales and ROAS.
- Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for conversion-focused campaigns.
- Build and manage full-funnel campaigns (awareness - consideration - purchase - retention)
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages and ad copies to improve performance.
- Track daily/weekly performance (CPC, CTR, CPM, CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.) and constantly improve metrics.
- Strategy & Growth Ownership. Create and execute data-driven growth strategies for all paid channels
- Identify new growth opportunities, audiences, platforms and experiments to scale revenue.
- Own monthly growth targets and work closely with founders to plan and deliver them
- Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategy. Oversee overall digital marketing strategy including website traffic, conversion rate and remarketing
- Plan and guide social media strategy for Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms to align with performance goals.
- Coordinate with content/creative teams to ensure high-converting creatives and messaging
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing:
- Manage and guide the influencer marketing team to drive measurable sales and brand visibility.
- Build and scale an affiliate marketing ecosystem (creators, communities, partners) for revenue generation
- Track influencer & affiliate performance and optimise for ROI.. Analytics & Reporting. Set up proper tracking using tools like Google Analytics, Pixel, UTM, etc
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and action points
- Use data to drive decisions on budgets, channels, campaigns and creatives.. Requirements.
- Proven experience in performance marketing with strong hands-on expertise in:. Google Ads. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, campaign optimisation and growth metrics
- Experience in handling overall digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling a brand to multi-X growth (preferably D2C/e-commerce).
- Experience in managing influencer marketing and affiliate marketing for sales generation.. Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers, dashboards and reports
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and take ownership of results.. Preferred / Added Advantage.
- Prior experience in nutrition / supplements / fitness / health / wellness or similar industry
- Experience with marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart from a performance/growth perspective
