CSM Technologies - Legal Officer - LLB/LLM

CSM Technologies is hiring qualified candidates who can manage all corporate, commercial, and IT-related legal matters of the company can apply.

S/He should have work exposure in an IT / ITES / technology services company or reputed law firm handling tech clients.

Experience: 7-10 years.

Qualification: LLB / LLM.

Job Profile:

- Manage all corporate, commercial, and IT-related legal matters of the company.

- Draft, review, and share inputs for client contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SLAs, and vendor agreements.

- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, IT laws, labour laws, and regulatory requirements.

- Advise Management and Business teams on legal risks, implications, and mitigation strategies.

- Support Sales, Delivery teams with contract closure and risk reviews.

- Handle legal due diligence for partnerships, alliances, and M&A activities.

- Manage disputes, litigations, notices, and coordinate with external legal counsels.

- Establish and maintain legal policies, templates, and contract governance frameworks.

- Ensure data privacy, information security, and IP protection compliance.

- Provide periodic legal MIS, risk reports, and updates to leadership and governance forums.

Candidate Profile:

- Work exposure in an IT / ITES / technology services company or reputed law firm handling tech clients.

- Hands-on exposure to board governance, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance.

- Prior experience working closely with CXOs, Founders, or Board members.
