Job Description:
- Develop and execute B2B strategy for Kerala across institutions, corporates, retailers, government buyers, and gifting clients.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of TSMs across various districts.
- Drive sales of sports equipment and merchandise through institutional and retail channels.
- Handle government procurement, tenders, and order processing via the GEM Portal.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, academies, corporates, government departments, and retail partners.
- Ensure end-to-end sales execution-from lead generation and proposal building to negotiation and order fulfilment.
- Track sales performance, forecasting, and reporting for management reviews.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in B2B sales (sports equipment, retail, institutional, or corporate gifting).
- Experience in selling to retailers and driving distribution-based sales is added advantage.
- Hands-on experience managing GEM Portal processes and government business.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing regional/statewide sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good understanding of Kerala market dynamics (preferred).
