Job Title: Assistant Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Service Excellence:
- Ensure all customers are attended to promptly and provided with accurate, relevant, and technically sound information about products.
Sales & Performance Management:
- Execute the sales plan issued by the Management and cascade it effectively to the team.
Cash Handling & Financial:
- Accuracy Oversee accurate and secure processing of all transactions including cash, card, UPI, and digital wallets.
Inventory, Stock Control & Shrinkage Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and trends, initiate timely reorders, and prevent stockouts.
Team Management & Training:
- Lead a team comprising Assistant Store Manager, Supervisors, and Sales Executives.
Visual Merchandising & Store Standards:
- Implement compelling visual merchandising strategies to improve footfall and drive sales.
Community Engagement & Brand Building:
- Drive engagement with the local community by increasing: o No.
Team Coordination & Reporting:
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings to:
- Review sales and operational performance
- Discuss challenges and areas of improvement
- Ensure timely implementation of strategic decisions and feedback
- Submit comprehensive reports on KPI progress, stock status, team productivity, and action plans.
