Corporate Partner - Legal - LLB/LLM

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to lead and manage corporate and commercial transactions while providing strategic legal advisory support to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in legal drafting, due diligence, and risk assessment with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage corporate and commercial transactions

- Advise clients on legal, regulatory, and commercial matters

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Ensure high-quality legal drafting, documentation, and contract management

- Conduct due diligence and provide detailed risk assessment reports

- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth transaction execution

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong expertise in corporate and commercial laws

- Experience in handling transactions, due diligence, and legal documentation

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

- Strong stakeholder and client management abilities

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments

Preferred Qualifications:

- LLB / LLM or equivalent legal qualification

- Prior experience with law firms, consulting firms, or corporate legal teams preferred
