Our client, a reputed law firm is looking to hire a Corporate Commercial Contract lawyer with 3-4 years of experience for their Bangalore office. Job Description: Candidate must have worked in and gained adequate experience in the following areas of law: - Drafting, negotiating and finalizing different categories of commercial contracts, including but not limited to software development agreements, data protection agreements, technology transfer and license agreements, employment agreements, labor agreements, master service agreements, etc. - Advised and assisted on post-contract dispute resolution, interpretation of terms and general management of contractual matters. - Advice and assistance on employment and labor laws, dispute resolution or any other experience will be added advantage. Work experience: - 3-4 years of experience in a large law firm or in the legal department of companies. - Candidate must have legal knowledge expertise in the field of Labour and Employment domain. - Must be able to integrate seamlessly into various professional environments and adapt to the culture of the organization. - Must possess a professional and approachable demeanor resulting in solid team-working and team-management skills. - Must be ready to work independently. - Must be fluent in the local language. - Must have knowledge of MS suite of applications and research tools like Manupatra, SCC online, etc.
