Job Title: Corporate Associate
Department: Corporate Law / Securities Law
Location: Delhi
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Reporting to: Founder and Principal Counsel
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in advising clients on regulatory matters under SEBI regulations, including ICDR, LODR, Takeover Code, Insider Trading, and Mutual Fund Regulations.
- Support in drafting and reviewing corporate contracts such as shareholders agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Provide research support and documentation for setting up mutual funds, AIFs, and assisting investment managers with compliance.
- Conduct preliminary legal due diligence in M&A and fund structuring matters under guidance.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities such as SEBI and RBI for filings, clarifications, and responses.
- Stay updated with changes in laws affecting capital markets, securities, and company regulations.
- Draft internal legal notes, compliance checklists, and opinion briefs under supervision
