- We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and partnerships for our advertising agency.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brand marketing, creative communication, and media ecosystems, with a proven track record of building client relationships and delivering revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across diverse industry sectors.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's client base.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with potential clients, understanding their marketing and communication needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, digital) to develop compelling pitches and proposals.
- Lead end-to-end pitch processes - from prospecting to presentation to closure.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities.
- Represent the agency at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to enhance visibility.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and provide regular business development reports to leadership.
- Foster client satisfaction and retention by ensuring seamless onboarding and communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing within an advertising, branding, or marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and media landscapes.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships and close deals.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
