
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with Regional/Zonal teams to gather complete incident details, factual inputs, recommendations, and material evidence required for fair and timely closure of disciplinary matters and compliance-related issues.
- Driving continuous process improvement by identifying gaps and loopholes during process execution, enhancing governance controls, leveraging automation, and strengthening data accuracy and presentation.
- Managing high-sensitivity ER cases that require balanced decision-making, legal alignment, and stakeholder consensus, often under tight timelines and operational pressure.
- Analyse disciplinary and compliance cases by evaluating the allegation vis-a-vis the defined misconduct under company policies, SOPs, labour laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and validate compliance documentation to ensure correctness before submissions, filings, or audit closures.
