Chief Financial Officer - Solar Power Solutions

About:

- Lead end-to-end finance, accounting, controllership, and reporting functions across the organisation.

- Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

- Design, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS to promoters and senior leadership.

- Provide business-focused financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.

- Ensure full compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable statutory regulations.

- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and liaison with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

- Oversee direct and indirect taxation, including assessments, notices, and compliance planning.

- Lead working capital management, cash flow planning, and banking relationships.

- Evaluate and manage CAPEX proposals and capital allocation decisions.

- Support fund mobilisation initiatives as required by the business.

- Oversee corporate governance, board processes, resolutions, and ROC compliances.

- Support IPO readiness and pre-listing compliance initiatives (preferred).

- Provide governance-level oversight or coordination for Legal and IT functions.
