
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for cattle feed and healthcare products.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Team Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure team alignment with organizational goals through regular coaching and performance feedback.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary doctors, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure customer satisfaction and promptly address grievances.
4. Market Development
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and growth avenues within the cattle division.
- Execute marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility, awareness, and demand.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and submit periodic sales and market reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product availability and promotional implementation.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in the cattle feed or animal healthcare industry
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
