Business Process Management Analyst

Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical BPM Analyst to drive business transformation initiatives by designing, modeling, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes. The role will focus on improving operational efficiency, enabling process standardization, and leveraging automation technologies such as RPA and process intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive end-to-end business process mapping, analysis, and redesign initiatives across functions

- Identify process inefficiencies and implement process improvement and optimization strategies

- Lead business transformation and process excellence initiatives aligned with organizational goals

- Execute Lean Six Sigma Black Belt projects to improve quality, cost, and efficiency metrics

- Design and implement standardized process frameworks and governance models

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and document process requirements

- Conduct stakeholder workshops to align on current and future state processes

- Develop process models using BPM tools and ensure adherence to BPMN standards

- Enable workflow automation by leveraging RPA and BPM technologies

- Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights

- Ensure process documentation, compliance, and audit readiness across business units

- Work closely with IT and business teams to implement scalable process solutions

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Strong hands-on experience in Business Process Management, Process Excellence, and Transformation

- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred)

- Experience in end-to-end process mapping, re-engineering, and optimization

- Proficiency in BPM tools such as ARIS, Signavio, Bizagi, or Appian

- Strong understanding of BPMN standards and workflow automation concepts

- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and process intelligence tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach

- Ability to drive process governance, ownership, and standardization

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience in conducting workshops and facilitating cross-functional discussions

- Strong documentation and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise or product-based organizations

- Exposure to digital transformation and automation initiatives
