Compensation: Budgeted CTC: 1.20 Cr per annum.

The organisation is a conglomerate of various businesses, including real estate, infrastructure, facilities, and food service companies, promoted by a large business group and headquartered in Bangalore. It focuses on building a scalable, process-driven food services platform, with expansion plans across cloud kitchens, industrial catering, healthcare catering, and corporate food services.

Role Summary:

The Business Head will be responsible for leading the overall facility management business with accountability for growth, operational performance, process governance, people management, and profitability. The role requires a senior industry professional who comprehends the operational complexities of facility management services and can drive structured expansion across multiple geographies while ensuring delivery excellence and sustainable business performance.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the incumbent will play a key role in strengthening operational systems, driving business growth, improving financial performance, and building a high-performing leadership and operational team across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the business operations of the facility management division with responsibility for growth, operational governance, profitability, and client delivery across India.

- Drive business expansion initiatives by strengthening existing accounts, supporting new client acquisition, and scaling operations across regions.

- Build and implement structured operational processes, governance frameworks, and performance management systems to improve efficiency and service delivery standards.

- Oversee complete P&L management, including budgeting, cost optimisation, operational productivity, margin management, and financial performance monitoring.

- Lead and develop cross-functional operational teams while ensuring accountability, performance alignment, and execution consistency across locations.

- Establish strong client engagement mechanisms through periodic business reviews, operational reporting, issue resolution, and relationship management.

- Monitor operational performance through MIS, dashboards, audits, and review mechanisms to ensure business continuity and achievement of organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar management or leadership role within the facility management industry.

- Graduated with either an engineering, IHM or Chartered Accountancy degree

- Proven track record of driving business growth, operational performance, and team leadership in facility management operations.

- Strong understanding of operational processes, client servicing, commercial management, and business delivery within the FM industry.

- Experience managing large teams and multi-location operations environments.

- Ability to lead business operations with a strong focus on execution, profitability, and process orientation.
