Job Title: Branch Manager Sales (Secured Loans)

Locations: Hindupur, Nellore, Naidupeta, Narasaraopet, Amalapuram

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager Sales (Secured Loans) will be responsible for driving branch-level business growth for Loan Against Property (LAP) and other secured loan products. The role involves leading the sales team, managing customer relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, and meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, guide, and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for Loan Against Property (LAP).

- Ensure strong lead management through timely follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and maximizing conversion of prospects to disbursals.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, channel partners, DSAs, and other key stakeholders to generate consistent business.

- Oversee branch operations including credit quality, adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time), compliance, and customer service standards.

- Identify and capitalize on local business opportunities; drive cross-selling of home loans, insurance, and other banking/financial products.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to strengthen business strategies.

- Collaborate with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure seamless file processing and timely loan disbursal.

- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong understanding of secured loan products, especially Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).

- Excellent knowledge of the local market, customer segments, and channel partner ecosystem.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.

- Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet business goals.

- Good communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

- Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of handling field-intensive responsibilities.
