- Conduct comprehensive manufacturing automation assessments.

- Develop and execute automation roadmaps.

- Design and implement automated manufacturing solutions.

- Program and deploy robotics systems.

- Optimize existing machinery through automation.

- Implement IoT sensors and data acquisition systems.

- Develop and integrate PLC/SCADA systems.

- Create digital twin solutions for production processes.

Project Management

- Manage automation implementation projects.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams.

- Evaluate and manage automation vendors.

- Develop technical specifications for automation projects.

- Validate new technologies and automation solutions.

- Conduct ROI analysis for automation initiatives.

Industry 4.0 Implementation

- Design and implement Industry 4.0 architecture.

- Integrate Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

- Deploy data-driven decision-making tools.

- Implement smart factory concepts.

- Coordinate with IT teams for seamless system integration.

Training & Development

- Train operators and maintenance staff on automated systems.

- Develop technical documentation for automated processes.

- Transfer technical knowledge to production teams.

- Support change management initiatives related to automation.

Dimensions / Business Metrics

Financial : Responsible for ensuring a positive return on automation investments, managing project budgets, and driving cost savings through automation initiatives.

Operational : Focus on improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reducing production cycle time, enhancing product quality, and increasing overall production uptime.

People Management : Lead one direct report while collaborating with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and IT to ensure successful automation implementation.

- Successfully deliver automation projects in line with the annual automation roadmap.
