Our company is seeking an experienced B2B SaaS Sales expert to join our sales team as an Associate Director - Enterprise Sales / Director - Enterprise Sales.


- The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management for B2B SaaS sales, preferable in the BGV domain.


- As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts by developing and executing account plans, identifying and prioritizing customer needs, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.


What we're looking for:

- Professional degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field

- 8+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management for B2B SaaS sales

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing strategic accounts

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software

- Experience in the software industry is preferred

What you'll do:

- Develop and execute account plans for strategic accounts to achieve sales targets

- Identify and prioritize customer needs to provide customized solutions

- Identify and engage prospective clients through proactive prospecting, market research, and networking.


- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new accounts.


- Build a strong pipeline of potential customers and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.


- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to become a trusted advisor

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success

- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and resolving issues

- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations
