The Role:
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes for our clients in retail and distribution.
This role is not limited to onboarding and support it requires a structured thinker who can diagnose business challenges, design sales excellence interventions, and work closely with senior client stakeholders to maximize impact from the BeatRoute platform.
The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage relationships at the highest levels, ensuring our clients achieve measurable improvements in their sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Diagnosis & Solutioning:
- Engage with client leadership to identify challenges in retail execution and distribution.
- Translate these challenges into actionable solutions within BeatRoute.
- Design structured roadmaps and interventions for long-term sales excellence.
Customer Onboarding & Value Realization:
- Lead blueprinting workshops and adoption strategies with client teams.
- Establish measurable KPIs (sales uplift, order quality, productivity) and ensure outcomes are met.
- Ensure seamless integration of BeatRoute into client sales operations.
Strategic Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, building strong partnerships.
- Drive quarterly reviews that focus on ROI and business impact, not just product adoption.
- Represent the voice of the customer within BeatRoute.
Renewals & Growth:
- Secure renewals by showcasing business outcomes delivered.
- Identify expansion opportunities and build business cases for adoption across functions or geographies.
- Partner with Sales on commercial discussions with data-backed insights.
Internal Enablement & Knowledge Sharing:
- Mentor team members on structured problem-solving, client engagement, and value delivery.
- Develop playbooks and best practices for driving customer success at scale.
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 5-8 years experience in roles involving business problem-solving, sales transformation, or strategy execution and consulting.
- Deep understanding of FMCG/Retail distribution models and on-ground sales challenges.
- Strong skills in structuring problems, analyzing data, and building compelling narratives.
- Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- SaaS or digital transformation exposure is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in SaaS companies,.
- Exposure to working with enterprise SaaS platforms in domains such as supply chain & procurement.
- Experience in retail business transformation projects, including strategy-to-delivery execution.
