About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager (Hunter) with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM solutions to drive new business acquisition.
This role is focused on net-new logo hunting, building strong CXO relationships, and closing complex enterprise deals.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a Microsoft Partner ecosystem and a proven ability to sell value-driven digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales ownership for Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM solutions, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure
- Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise and mid-market customers across industry verticals
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and partner-led initiatives
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CFO, COO) to understand business challenges and propose consultative, outcome-driven solutions
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to design and present tailored Microsoft Dynamics solutions
- Develop and execute account penetration and territory plans aligned with revenue targets
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing strategies, RFP/RFI responses, and contract negotiations
- Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics product roadmap, licensing models, and competitive landscape
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working with a Microsoft Partner organization (current or previous)
- 4-10 years of hands-on experience selling Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM solutions (Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Business Central, Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, etc.)
- Strong hunter mindset with a demonstrable track record of new logo acquisition and revenue closure
- Expertise in consultative and solution-led selling for enterprise technology solutions
- Strong CXO-level communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Solid understanding of ERP/CRM buying cycles, digital transformation initiatives, and cloud adoption
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, or Professional Services
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, or integrated Microsoft ecosystem solutions
- Ability to work independently in a high-growth, target-driven environment
