Description:
Role Purpose:
The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for driving and implementing HR strategies and processes across the assigned region. The role ensures smooth execution of manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with organizational policies, while acting as a strategic partner to business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manpower Budgeting & Planning:
- Prepare and monitor regional manpower budgets in alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure optimal workforce deployment and cost efficiency.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for regional positions, ensuring timely hiring.
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
3. Employee Life Cycle Management:
- Handle transfers, promotions, confirmations, and separations as per policy.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
4. Grievance & Discipline Management:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to disciplinary procedures and company policies.
5. Performance Management:
- Facilitate PMS process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Support managers in driving performance culture across the region.
6. Attrition Management:
- Analyze attrition trends and implement retention strategies.
- Conduct exit interviews and share insights with leadership.
7. Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and productivity.
- Drive communication and recognition programs at the regional level.
8. HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare and present HR dashboards, attrition reports, and recruitment metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data.
- Proficiency in and PowerPoint (Presentations).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Business Partner role.
- Exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and performance management systems.
- Team Handling: Ability to lead and mentor HR team members effectively.
